Role Overview
This full-time position based onsite in Jirania involves managing daily store activities. Responsibilities include receiving, checking, and distributing materials, keeping precise records of inventory, and ensuring goods are stored and handled correctly. Monitoring stock availability, coordinating with procurement and project teams to replenish supplies promptly, and adopting basic loss prevention and safety measures are crucial. The Store Incharge collaborates with internal teams to meet material needs, support project workflows, and maintain a tidy, well-organized store space per company practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with skills in addressing customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with site personnel, suppliers, and management.
- Practical experience in managing stores, including inventory control and material handling.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention or fundamental loss control techniques to reduce inventory shrinkage.
- Detail-oriented approach with basic familiarity in inventory management software or spreadsheet tools.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site full time in Jirania and responsibly oversee physical stock.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or materials management related to construction or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
- Minimum education: high school diploma, with vocational or technical training in logistics, supply chain, or related disciplines considered a plus.
