Stock Controller

Overview

We seek a seasoned Stock Control Officer with over 7 years of experience to oversee inventory management and maintain precise stock records for a prominent manufacturing company in Ghana's Greater Accra Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory data using SAP, Tally, or ERP software.
• Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory verifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage timely replenishment.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to facilitate efficient material flow.
• Ensure correct documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), stock transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with internal and external inventory audits.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years' experience in stock control or inventory management.
• Preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Practical expertise in inventory reconciliation and stock auditing.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Tally is a plus.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, reporting expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
