Overview
An education-focused non-profit is looking to hire a State Lead for its Bihar operations in Patna. The role is centered on leading state-level initiatives, strengthening program execution across districts, and managing coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for state-level education programs.
- Oversee the rollout and execution of district-level program activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders and partners.
- Lead, guide, and manage the state team.
- Track program performance, support monitoring and evaluation, and maintain quality standards.
- Work closely with central teams to ensure alignment and smooth coordination.
- Engage with donors and support donor-facing communication where needed.
