Position Overview
Blossom Multi Speciality Hospital is inviting applications for the role of Staff Nurse within their Nursing Services Department. Both newcomers and seasoned nurses passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centric care in line with NABH standards and hospital guidelines are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to candidates available for immediate joining.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Completion of General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing (Basic or Post Basic).
- Possession of a valid State Nursing Council Registration is preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced nurses.
- Experience in departments like ICU, OT, Emergency, Ward, NICU, PICU, Dialysis, or Casualty is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care adhering to hospital policies and NABH quality standards.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and clinical status regularly.
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments safely.
- Support physicians during examinations, medical procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain precise nursing documentation and patient records.
- Observe infection control measures and manage biomedical waste properly.
- Educate patients and their families about treatments, medication administration, and care after discharge.
- Collaborate effectively with consultants and multidisciplinary healthcare staff.
- Ensure patients' safety, privacy, dignity, and comfort throughout care.
- Engage in quality improvement projects, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
