Overview
Dr Heal Pain Cure Hospital is seeking diligent Staff Nurses with qualifications in GNM or B.Sc Nursing. This full-time role involves providing dedicated nursing care focused on patient safety and comfort, working under the Nursing Superintendent, Nursing In-Charge, or duty doctors at the hospital located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care following established hospital protocols.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor vital signs meticulously.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, intravenous fluids, and other treatments competently.
- Assist medical practitioners during consultations, clinical procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain comprehensive nursing records including treatment documentation and patient files.
- Adhere strictly to infection control guidelines and uphold patient safety standards.
- Provide education to patients and their attendants on treatment plans and discharge procedures.
- Ensure clinical areas and medical instruments are clean, prepared, and maintained properly.
- Collaborate efficiently with doctors, administrative coordinators, and other departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Observe patient progress closely and promptly report any clinical changes.
- Facilitate processes related to patient admissions, discharges, and handovers.
- Manage inventory of nursing supplies and consumables systematically.
- Engage actively in quality improvement projects, audits, and training sessions within the hospital.
Eligibility and Experience
- Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc Nursing) from an accredited institution.
- Registration with a recognized Nursing Council is mandatory.
- Applicable for fresh graduates or nurses with up to 5 years of experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Experience in OPD, IPD, pain management, ward care, and procedural assistance is advantageous.
