About Brisbane Boys' College

Brisbane Boys' College, a GPS day and boarding school established in 1902 and located 4 km from Brisbane's city center, is dedicated to nurturing boys to become responsible leaders and good citizens. The school serves students from Prep to Year 12.

Role Overview

This full-time, permanent position involves teaching students from Years 7 to 12 in Mathematics, specifically Specialist and Methods Mathematics. The successful candidate will have the freedom to create stimulating and adaptable learning experiences aimed at challenging and inspiring students. Additionally, the role includes active participation in the College’s Co-curricular and Pastoral Care programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A relevant education degree is essential.
  • Possession of first aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to teach Specialist and Methods Mathematics effectively.
