Role Overview

We are seeking a Spa Attendant to join our dedicated Spa team and help deliver a relaxing and luxurious experience to our guests. The role is centered around maintaining high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and service to ensure guests enjoy every moment at the Spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests entering the Spa with professionalism and friendliness
• Prepare and open the Spa and Thermal areas for daily operations
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and ambiance in all Spa areas, adhering to established standards
• Conduct cleaning and setup duties for designated areas as per protocol
• Complete scheduled cleaning checklists daily, weekly, and quarterly to uphold hygiene standards
• Clean guest restrooms thoroughly and ensure they are well stocked with necessary supplies

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar Spa attendant or hospitality role, preferably in a four-star property
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A positive, ambitious attitude towards hospitality is essential
