Solution Sales Executive - Service Collection

Position Overview

This role involves defining and executing a strategic vision for your assigned territory while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. As a representative of Atlassian's Service Collection, you will interface with industry events and partners ranging from major IT service providers to diverse professional service firms.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate a clear plan for your territory, including account pipeline status, resource needs, challenges, and successes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
• Represent Atlassian Service Collection at relevant industry conferences and events.
• Collaborate openly with internal partner management and external partners, including leading IT service providers and smaller professional service companies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in business development with demonstrated success in exceeding customer acquisition targets within technology vendors.
• Experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) sector and familiarity with popular service management software solutions is essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Indian clients and local system integration partners responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Comfort and capability to independently make decisions to drive go-to-market (GTM) campaigns alongside Atlassian teams and channel partners within India.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• ITIL certification is advantageous but not compulsory.
