Role Overview

This full-time position is remote and geared towards engineers with at least two years of full-stack development experience. Candidates should be comfortable working Pacific Standard Time hours (6 PM to 2 AM IST). The role demands an individual contributor mentality with strong ownership and an ability to work autonomously even without a traditional Product Manager, while maintaining a product-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop code by prioritizing tests first to uphold quality standards.
Write clear, self-explanatory, and maintainable code that produces predictable outcomes.
Release software in small, frequent increments to facilitate rapid delivery.
Engage in pair programming to enhance collaboration and results.
Conduct peer reviews to ensure consistent improvement and quality adherence.
Collaborate within product teams to efficiently release new features and address issues.
Take full-stack responsibility, covering frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines.
Continuously pursue learning and skill enhancement to evolve craftsmanship.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum two years of solid experience with Node.js, React.js, and Typescript.
Familiarity with continuous integration tools, specifically Github Actions.
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM), agent SDKs, and AI-assisted development workflows.
Preferred experience in browser extension (Chrome extensions) development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and best software engineering practices.
Proven ability to work in Agile and eXtreme Programming environments supporting continuous deployment.
Interest and knowledge in web server ecosystems, relational databases, test-driven development, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, web frameworks, front-end technologies, complexity and performance optimizations.
Basic proficiency in server configuration and deployment infrastructure.
Experience with source control, bug tracking, writing user stories, and technical documentation.
