About the Role

MideaSeed is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager or Associate to oversee and expand the social media footprint of various brands. This opportunity is suited for individuals enthusiastic about digital marketing, content creation, Instagram trends, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish compelling content across multiple social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
• Manage daily operations of social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and brand voice.
• Assist in formulating and implementing social media strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with design, content creation, and production teams for seamless coordination.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and algorithm updates on social media platforms.
• Track content performance metrics and provide insightful reports for continuous improvement.
• Ideate and launch innovative campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.
• Participate in planning and coordinating content shoots when necessary.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience ranging from freshers up to 3 years in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and short-form video content.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for high-quality content writing.
• Creative approach accompanied by meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and analytics tools is desirable.
• Experience in paid social media advertising is advantageous.

Compensation & Growth

• Monthly salary ranges depending on designation and experience:
  • Social Media Assistant: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000
  • Social Media Associate: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000
  • Social Media Manager: ₹16,000 to ₹20,000
• Role and remuneration will be finalized based on skillset, experience, and evaluation process.
• Performance-based increments and career advancement opportunities available after 3 to 6 months.
