Role Overview
Flaviq is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow the brand’s presence across multiple social platforms. The role covers everyday content planning, content creation, scheduling, publishing, and audience engagement. You will also lead social media campaigns, improve post performance for reach and engagement, review analytics, and refine strategy based on data and audience behavior.
This position is fully remote and full time. It calls for strong self-management, clear communication, regular performance updates, and continuous tracking of trends to keep the brand’s online presence current and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Flaviq’s social media channels.
- Run social campaigns that support brand visibility and campaign goals.
- Track post and campaign performance, then adjust the approach using insights and analytics.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual/message alignment across platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to coordinate content and branding.
- Monitor emerging social trends and incorporate relevant ideas into the content plan.
- Share regular reports on account performance and key metrics.
- Engage with the audience and manage day-to-day social media activity.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on major social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and optimization practices.
- Ability to build and execute a content strategy that supports branding and campaign objectives.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for clear, engaging audience-facing content.
- Comfort using social analytics tools and understanding core digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Capability to work independently in a remote environment, juggle priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Exposure to FMCG, food products, or consumer-brand marketing will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
