The company specializes in the design and building of sets for various applications including theatre, television, film, museums, conferences, exhibitions, and live events on a global scale.

Role Overview

This role involves crafting engaging content and managing social media platforms to effectively narrate the story behind some of the most visually captivating projects internationally. The position demands creativity, initiative, and the ability to produce compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, shoot, and edit short video formats such as reels, time-lapse sequences, behind-the-scenes footage, and project showcases.
• Oversee and enhance Scena's activity and follower base on platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is pertinent and up-to-date.
• Travel domestically and abroad to on-site project locations for original content creation.
• Adhere to and promote Scena's brand voice and aesthetic across all communication channels.
• Analyze social media metrics and present monthly performance and insight reports.
• Work closely with production, design, and workshop departments to identify and highlight compelling stories.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient camera operation skills for both photography and videography.
• Strong video editing capabilities.
• Keen visual storytelling aptitude.
• Experience in adhering to established brand identity and tone.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to on-site working conditions.

Additional Information

This role is executed on a flexible, part-time basis, currently requiring commitment for 5 contracted days monthly with a flexible schedule split between the Croydon office and various project locations. Additional days may be necessary contingent upon project workload. The position involves national and international travel.

Working hours: 9 AM to 4 PM

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
