About the Role

We seek a dynamic and imaginative Social Media Handler to oversee and enrich our social media footprint, generate captivating content, and maintain continual interaction across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and innovative social media content.
• Plan, develop, and publish consistent posts, reels, stories, and diverse media.
• Generate creative concepts aligned with trends and organizational needs.
• Craft compelling captions, social media copy, and appropriate hashtags.
• Maintain an organized content calendar and scheduled postings.
• Stay updated on social media trends to enhance audience interaction.
• Engage with audience through comment and message replies.
• Track and analyze social media metrics like reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce relevant content.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Excellent content creation and communication capabilities.
• Creative thinker with awareness of social media trends.
• Proficient in writing and caption formulation.
• Ability to independently manage multiple social media platforms.
• Experience with Canva or similar tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite at Bhopal IT Park.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role requiring physical presence at Bhopal IT Park.
