About the Programme

CEVA Logistics invites enthusiastic and goal-driven graduates to participate in the SKY Graduate Trainee Programme, a carefully designed development initiative aimed at nurturing future leaders in logistics. Spanning 12 to 24 months, this hands-on programme provides experience working on significant projects that foster critical skills in business, analytics, and leadership. Trainees collaborate with diverse teams, engage with senior executives, and regularly report on progress and results to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine data from various sources and offer actionable insights and reports to management addressing operational challenges and project tasks.
• Support the creation and evaluation of KPIs and processes for operational improvements within specific sites or functions.
• Develop and update reports daily according to customer or manager requirements.
• Participate fully in project teams to meet important milestones and deliverables.
• Present ongoing work outcomes to the Steering Committee for review and feedback.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and independently manage follow-ups and challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree before starting the programme; recent graduates or final-year students graduating before the start date with less than two years of professional experience.
• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related areas.
• Internship experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or associated sectors is advantageous.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management.
• Possesses strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and capable of collaborating across teams.
• Effective at articulating ideas clearly and presenting confidently.
