About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Skills Trainer to conduct comprehensive training sessions across multiple formats including instructor-led classes, workshops, webinars, and boot camps. The role involves delivering practical training on a variety of digital tools, productivity software, AI technologies, coding platforms, and educational technology solutions. The trainer will cater to both in-person and virtual audiences, tailoring content to fit diverse learner needs.

Training Content Development

Responsibilities include crafting and updating instructional materials such as presentations, assessments, learner guides, and digital content like video tutorials. Continuous content enhancement is essential to keep pace with evolving industry standards and technological innovations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

The trainer will engage with educational institutions like schools, colleges, universities, as well as corporate and government entities to identify training needs and recommend effective learning strategies, facilitating technology adoption.

Performance Assessment & Certification Support

The role involves designing assessments for evaluating learning progress, monitoring participant achievements, delivering constructive feedback, and aiding certification procedures.

Reporting and Feedback Management

Maintaining detailed training records, attendance logs, and preparing analytical reports post-training are required. Additionally, collecting and analyzing participant feedback to enhance training effectiveness is part of the responsibilities.
