Role Overview
As a Site Engineer, you will be integral to the prompt and safe completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and top-quality standards.
Key Duties
- Conduct precise setting out tasks utilizing Total Station and GPS technology.
- Analyze and interpret detailed technical drawings and project specifications.
- Oversee work completion to comply with project guidelines and quality measures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate site documentation including as-built records.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors alongside daily construction operations.
- Support project scheduling and program management activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all Health and Safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Site Managers, Project Managers, design teams, and client representatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical problems encountered on site.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience working as a Site Engineer for a main contractor.
- Demonstrated expertise in setting out using Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Solid comprehension of construction drawings and site workflows.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
