About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to build, optimize, and maintain our Shopify eCommerce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the online store, streamlining workflows, and developing a scalable Shopify environment that supports future automation and AI-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance Shopify store functionalities to ensure optimal performance
- Customize themes, layouts, and user interface to improve user experience
- Boost store performance, usability, and conversion rates
- Manage product catalogs including collections, variants, pricing, and product details
- Ensure well-structured and maintainable product data
- Install and maintain Shopify apps and third-party integrations
- Facilitate automation of repetitive eCommerce tasks
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Shopify
- Refine workflows related to product updates, inventory control, and content management
- Support integrations between Shopify data and AI-based tools
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing Shopify stores
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify admin, products, collections, and store operations
- Skilled at customizing Shopify themes
- Experienced with Shopify apps and third-party integrations
- Solid understanding of eCommerce best practices
- Capability to manage and optimize extensive product catalogs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify Liquid templating language
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with Shopify API
- Experience utilizing automation tools
- Ability to integrate Shopify with other platforms
- Exposure to managing large product catalogs or data systems
