If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy delivering a seamless client experience, this role offers a vital position in supporting our service customers efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient assistance to customers when they arrive with their vehicles for service appointments.
• Act as an active coordinator managing activities within the service drive-thru area.
• Follow thorough sanitization protocols to ensure client vehicles are cleaned to standard.
• Wash vehicles before customers collect them post-service.
• Improve the dealership’s reputation by taking initiative in fulfilling new requests and seeking ways to add value to your duties.
• Perform tasks outdoors, including snow removal, demonstrating comfort in diverse weather conditions.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient at driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate productively within a team environment.
• Well-organized with a capability for quick learning.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license accompanied by a clean driver’s abstract.
