Service Operator II - Slickline

Primary Responsibilities

Working under the direct guidance of the Service Supervisor, you will assist through all phases of slickline services. This includes preparing equipment and products before jobs by assembling, testing, and mobilizing them, ensuring that all tools and units such as WPCE and downhole components are accurate and ready for deployment. You will also handle documentation at and after well sites, support demobilization, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment post-job, and remain aware of other onsite activities that might affect slickline operations. Additionally, you'll actively participate in health, safety, and environmental practices including site assessments, risk analysis, safety meetings, and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Development and Skills Growth

This is an entry-level development role with an expectation for progression to Service Specialist. You will build skills to independently conduct slickline services at customer well sites, develop knowledge of local safety management systems, and master job design reviews to fully grasp project scope and objectives to achieve successful execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential abilities include following written and verbal instructions, effective communication with team members and supervisors, basic mathematical calculations, reading, writing, and fundamental computer skills. Location and Other Details

This position is located at Plot no. 106HR9 & 107GR12, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Compensation will align competitively with your experience. The role falls under the Operations family within the Wireline and Perforating service line and is a full-time commitment.
