Service Executive

About the Role

Join Oxygen Digital Shop as a Service Executive responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic gadgets. This role demands expertise in chip-level and component-level repairs as well as replacement of defective parts including displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors. Ensuring adherence to brand and company quality standards during repairs is paramount.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed diagnosis and repair of electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops.
• Carry out chip-level and component-level repair tasks where necessary.
• Replace faulty components while maintaining high quality standards.
• Document job details, used parts, and repair progress accurately within the O2 Care system.
• Handle customer devices carefully to prevent any damage or loss of data.
• Support software-related tasks including updates, data backup, and formatting.
• Collaborate closely with the service coordinator for tracking pending jobs, spare parts availability, and handling escalations.
• Ensure all repaired devices are delivered to customers within the committed turnaround time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment including tools and service areas.

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement is ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preference for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair roles.
• Prior service center experience with branded products is advantageous.
• Age between 20 to 40 years.
• Experience range is from 0 up to 3 years.

Position is based in Palai, Kerala, India.
