Role overview
This role leads the coordination, planning, execution, and delivery of creative work spanning advertising, branding, print, digital, and retail touchpoints. The position acts as the central connection between internal teams, creative specialists, and outside vendors, with responsibility for keeping work on schedule, within approved budgets, and aligned with brand expectations. The job calls for strong project leadership, sharp attention to detail, operational discipline, budget control, and vendor coordination skills.
Brand and advertising work
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales Management, Digital Marketing, and Market teams to sharpen briefs for advertising visuals and brand-related needs.
- Own schedules, budgets, timelines, outputs, and creative standards for assigned projects.
- Coordinate internal and external creative partners in collaboration with the Director, Creative Services.
- Create and update brand guidelines for global markets.
- Run status meetings and share progress updates on current and planned initiatives.
Print and collateral coordination
- Collaborate with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales Management, Retail, Merchandising, and Market teams to refine print collateral briefs.
- Act as the bridge between in-house creative teams and outside design partners.
- Review briefs, budgets, and timelines with the Director, Creative Services and the Print Production Manager.
- Coordinate image requirements and asset requests across departments.
- Work with designers, photo producers, and print production teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Digital creative projects
- Oversee digital creative work such as websites, landing pages, digital invitations, digital catalogs, press kits, online ads, banners, email assets, and related digital materials.
- Refine digital briefs and creative direction with internal stakeholders.
- Manage timelines, budgets, approvals, and final deliverables for digital initiatives.
Creative operations, vendors, and rights management
- Track Creative Services budgets, including spend monitoring, invoice processing, cost forecasting, and adherence to approved financial limits.
- Coordinate with Legal and Procurement on vendor contracts, statements of work, NDAs, talent releases, licensing agreements, and other project documents.
- Monitor image licensing, talent usage rights, and agreement terms to ensure compliance across advertising, marketing, PR, retail, and digital work.
- Serve as the main contact for contract administration, vendor paperwork, insurance certificates, and project approvals.
- Manage vendors throughout the project lifecycle so obligations, deliverables, timelines, and budget targets are met.
- Build and maintain project management systems, workflows, and documentation that improve visibility and operational efficiency across Creative Services.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree plus 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury goods, premium advertising, marketing, creative operations, or a similar area.
- Proven ability to run several complex projects at the same time.
- Strong background in building timelines, controlling budgets, and delivering work through to completion.
- Experience guiding the creative development and production of campaigns, videos, photo shoots, catalogs, and other marketing content.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, production, photography, retouching, video, and advertising trends.
- Working knowledge of print and digital production processes and standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and financial tracking across multiple concurrent efforts.
- Familiarity with creative vendor contracting, licensing, usage rights, talent releases, and intellectual property issues.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external collaborators.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.

This position is based onsite in New York, United States and is a full-time role.
