Senior Product Manager - Studio Team

About the Role

We are collaborating with a partner company based in Ireland to recruit a Senior Product Manager for their Studio Team. This role involves complete ownership over the strategy, development, and advancement of a key product tailored for creators worldwide. You will leverage your expertise in product strategy, UX insight, and execution skills to convert concepts into refined, impactful functionalities.

In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to navigate the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch and ongoing enhancements. You will enjoy considerable autonomy to experiment, prototype, analyze user behavior, and deliver solutions that empower millions in content creation and sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Studio experience.
• Formulate product requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery quality across development stages.
• Diagnose complex user challenges and craft straightforward, elegant solutions enhancing the product.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build, test, and roll out meaningful features.
• Work with leadership to influence product strategy and set priority decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, product design, or a related role within SaaS or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of building, launching, and scaling consumer digital products globally.
• Strong intuition for UX with a dedication to design excellence and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to merge strategic thinking with practical execution in rapidly changing environments.
• Experience translating vague challenges into coherent product strategies and actionable initiatives.
