Role Summary
The Senior People Partner will serve as a strategic HR ally embedded within the Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. This position entails building and supporting high-performing teams, guiding leadership through talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a keen focus on integrating AI capabilities to advance the organization's people practices. Joining a compact, impactful team, the Senior People Partner will influence how HR supports business growth and adapts to evolving organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with leaders, bringing honest feedback, strong judgment, and business insight.
- Engage deeply with operational planning cycles and routines to proactively identify and address people-related challenges.
- Handle employee relations thoughtfully, balancing company objectives with employee well-being and advising leaders on principled decision-making.
- Create scalable HR programs and processes, incorporating AI and automation to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate across the HR function to deliver integrated solutions and develop new capabilities as the company grows.
- Lead change management initiatives that promote AI adoption, equipping teams with skills to succeed in an AI-enhanced workplace.
- Leverage data analytics and business understanding to detect trends, question assumptions, and optimize organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- At least eight years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting technical teams such as Product, Engineering, or Operations.
- Proven experience guiding leaders through periods of rapid growth, scaling, or post-merger integration.
- Strong commercial awareness and leadership presence capable of influencing executives and aligning people strategies with business goals.
- Track record of coaching leaders on performance management, organizational design, talent planning, and complex people issues.
- An innovative mindset focused on establishing scalable practices and thriving in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Curiosity and experience with AI and emerging technologies to enhance work effectiveness and organizational adaptability.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving settings where ambiguity is typical and constructive innovation is expected.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; healthcare technology background is advantageous.
