Role Overview

We seek an energetic, motivated, and solution-driven Senior Oracle Fusion Technical Manager passionate about business technology solutions. This role demands strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and an eagerness to tackle challenges. The successful candidate will design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Fusion Applications throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement technical solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Applications components.
Create integrations using REST and SOAP APIs alongside Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related middleware solutions.
Develop tailored reports with BI Publisher and OTBI platforms.
Build application extensions via Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Manage data conversion and migration tasks utilizing FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle data loading tools.
Ensure seamless system integrations between Oracle Fusion and various third-party applications.
Diagnose technical issues and optimize system performance for enhanced functionality.
Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, stakeholders, and project teams during the full software development lifecycle.
Lead cutover activities and offer go-live hyper-care support, handling incidents and delivering status updates to business users.
Serve as a trusted adviser by presenting solution options, trade-offs, and best practices to client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

10 to 20+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical consulting within ERP and/or HCM domains.
Completion of at least three full lifecycle RICE implementation projects involving Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM SaaS and PaaS implementations as a developer.
Proficient in BI Publisher report creation including RTF, eText, and Excel template development.
Experienced in report analytics development using OTBI and BI Publisher.
In-depth experience in designing and building integrations with OIC.
Skilled in data migration and conversion tools such as FBDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
Hands-on knowledge of Oracle VBCS for developing application extensions.
Solid background in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
Proven ability in developing interfaces, integrations, and conversion routines across Oracle Fusion modules.
Experience providing technical troubleshooting and production support for Oracle Fusion applications.
Strong collaboration skills with business and functional teams to convert requirements into technical systems.
Expertise in technical design, solution architecture, and system customization.
Capable of executing rigorous testing procedures, including creating and managing test plans for technical deliverables.
Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, interfaces, and customization techniques.
Thorough understanding of reporting, integration, and data migration strategies in Oracle Fusion contexts.
Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM modules.
Able to excel independently and within diverse project teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Educational and Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Oracle Certification such as Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) or certifications focused on OIC or Cloud Platform Application Integration is highly desirable.
