About the Company

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Interior Site Supervisor / Interior Site Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in supervising interior fit-out projects within mixed-use developments, urban environments, and business settings, paired with a deep knowledge of construction methods, quality benchmarks, and project delivery.

About the Role

The appointed individual will oversee the execution of extensive interior fit-out works, ensuring all activities strictly align with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This position demands strong technical acumen, excellent coordination with contractors and consultants, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure superior interior project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect onsite interior fit-out activities, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specs, timelines, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project operations.
• Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, samples, and mock-ups prior to installation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality, progress monitoring, and compliance.
• Identify construction-related challenges and liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure interior works comply with contract documents, relevant codes, and industry standards.
• Track project timelines, identify delays, and propose corrective measures to keep projects on schedule.
• Verify completed works, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely defect rectification before handover.
• Participate in site, progress, and coordination meetings, providing detailed inspection reports and updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout construction processes.
• Manage testing, inspections, and the final approval phase of interior works.
• Support Project Manager with planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of fit-out projects.
• Review and certify contractor work for quality and contractual compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Demonstrable experience with mixed-use, urban developments, and business destination projects.
• Strong portfolio covering commercial, office, retail, hospitality, and public realm interiors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design technologies.
• Exceptional creative, conceptual, and technical design skills.
• Expertise in space planning, detailing, and specifying interior finishes and materials.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and mixed-use interior design principles.
• Excellent capabilities in coordination and working within multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Robust problem-solving and project management competencies.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects and consistently deliver superior quality on schedule.
