Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client objectives and user needs, covering all stages from research through concept ideation, refinement, and CAD implementation.
• Produce 2D and 3D renderings, workflow illustrations, prototype mock-ups, and detailed specifications for colors and materials.
• Coordinate and lead projects in partnership with company management.
• Manage comprehensive client communications including participation in meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Engage with a wide variety of products including professional electronics, medical devices, and toys.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong mechanical understanding.
• Proficient with CAD tools such as CREO, along with Photoshop, Sketchbook, and Keyshot.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written, with German fluency mandatory.
• Outstanding visual design capabilities to craft compelling concepts, detailed sketches, 3D models, and high-quality renderings.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial design methodologies, material properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate-level project management skills focused on industrial design from research through to market launch.
• Competency in managing client communication, balancing quality, timing, and budget across multiple projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, organization, and proficient presentation skills using PowerPoint.
