Role Overview
As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) focused on UAE last mile and sub same day delivery operations, you will be instrumental in executing the HR strategy across Delivery stations and SSD nodes in the UAE. Collaborating closely with operations teams, you will deliver practical, business-savvy, and employee-centered advice and support. Your expertise in communication, coaching, and influencing will be key in fostering employee engagement, driving change management, and ensuring motivated teams capable of outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain strong partnerships with multiple business leaders in client groups.
- Create comprehensive plans and detailed documentation for proposed initiatives, incorporating rationales, data analyses, execution strategies, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies by training leaders and HR practitioners, forging solid ties with Shared Service Centers, and undertaking hands-on administrative duties when necessary.
- Provide advisory support to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Focus strongly on employee relations, managing performance, boosting engagement, and retention efforts, alongside understanding compensation, benefits, and development programs.
- Assist with major HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to advise business leaders with analytics aimed at elevating performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Align HR programs by partnering with peers locally and across Corporate units.
- Manage personnel representative relationships and ensure compliance with legal mandates.
- Offer expert guidance on local employment laws, policies, and best practices to both client groups and HR teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory.
- Experience in supporting hourly workforce client groups such as warehouse distribution, manufacturing, or call centers.
- Preferred background includes 5 or more years in leadership roles within operations, customer service, retail, distribution, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing sectors.
