Senior Executive / Executive, Audit

Overview

SBS Transit Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive / Executive to join their Audit team onsite within the Transportation and Logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating detailed audit programmes tailored to organisational needs.
• Carry out internal audits to verify adherence to CP6 and CP7 standards and prepare departments for Land Transport Authority Rail Regulatory (LTARR) audits.
• Collaborate and assist in Integrated Management System (IMS) audits, particularly those led by Rail Performance Management.
• Provide support to ensure safety and security compliance in IMS audits.
• Evaluate and update audit checklists to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness for CP6, CP7, and pre-inspection processes.
• Audit various SBS Transit Rail departments ensuring continuous compliance with CP6, CP7, and readiness for inspections.
• Undertake reviews of Work Instructions (WI), Risk Assessments (RA), and conduct pre-audit checks to ready departments for LTA Rail Regulatory audits.
• Support Rail Performance Management in safety and security aspects of IMS audits.
• Assist Governance and Emergency Planning sections within the Rail Governance, Assurance and Emergency Planning (RGAEP) division.

Requirements

• Possession of a recognised degree or diploma in any discipline; alternatively, approval from Ministry of Manpower to function as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in safety management or railway operations.
• Good interpersonal abilities including negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of rail systems is advantageous.
• Competency in drafting procedures, instructions, and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
