Role overview
This is a part-time remote Executive Assistant position with a U.S.-based agency. The role is open only to candidates located in the United States. The agency works with organized, dependable, and proactive assistants who can provide both administrative and operational support while building professional, trust-based client relationships.
As a Client Advocate, you will help clients save time, keep work moving smoothly, and improve business operations by staying ahead of needs, handling priorities carefully, and taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Qualifications
- Must be based in the United States.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working remotely.
- Available Monday through Friday during business hours in your local time zone.
- Able to commit at least 20 hours per week, or 4 hours per day.
- Willing to stay in the role for at least 1 year.
- Strong command of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience using multiple project management tools.
- Ability to manage daily work by priority.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Home office setup should include a Mac or PC with webcam, along with reliable devices such as a phone and stable Wi-Fi.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Success metrics
Performance in this role is expected to include precise calendar handling, timely meeting preparation, fast email triage, accurate communication, recurring process improvements, error-free administrative execution, on-time delivery of client work, and strong coordination with stakeholders and teams. The role also emphasizes proactive issue spotting, initiative, and regular relationship check-ins with clients and teammates.
Work schedule and engagement details
Working hours are arranged around client needs. The agency operates in Monday-to-Friday hourly blocks of 5 hours. For example, a 5-hour weekly commitment equals 1 hour per day, a 10-hour weekly commitment equals 2 hours per day, and so on. You will share the weekly hours you want to work, and the agency will try to match you with that amount of work.
