Senior Director

Overview

Fiji Investment Corporation Limited is looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Director to spearhead strategic leadership efforts, enhance corporate performance, and support the company’s long-term investment and business goals. Primary Responsibilities

• Provide top-level leadership and supervision over essential corporate and operational areas to drive organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and enduring growth.
• Devise and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization’s mission, investment aims, and future business priorities.
• Work collaboratively with executive management and department leaders to improve cross-functional collaboration, optimize business workflows, and boost overall organizational performance.
• Track business performance metrics, assess operational results, and propose strategic enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support activities related to corporate planning, financial management, budgeting, and optimal resource allocation to maximize organizational capabilities.
• Develop and enforce corporate policies, governance structures, and best operational practices that encourage accountability, compliance, and scalability.
• Head initiatives aimed at business improvement and transformation to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and strategic delivery.
• Mentor and cultivate management teams by promoting a culture centered on leadership, teamwork, innovation, and superior performance.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential risks, providing strategic advice to bolster resilience and long-term organizational success.
• Lead and manage significant projects and corporate programs to ensure they are completed on schedule and aligned with company goals.
• Act as the organization’s representative during executive forums, stakeholder discussions, and strategic partnerships, advocating for Fiji Investment Corporation Limited’s vision, principles, and dedication to sustainable development and excellent corporate governance.
