About the role

The company develops medicines, wellness products, and cosmetic products based on cannabinoids, while also researching new medical products, innovative dosage forms, and technology-driven solutions that help advance the underlying infrastructure.
As a Senior Designer, you will shape the visual identity of the company’s brands. You will refine and extend the look and feel across multiple brand worlds, covering everything from digital landing pages to physical packaging. The role calls for strong creative standards and the ability to turn marketing and business goals into compelling visual work, build scalable design systems, and ensure each brand feels distinctive, consistent, and premium across every touchpoint.
What you'll do
- Develop and sharpen brand identities across several brands, maintaining a high standard of visual quality and consistent expression across both digital and physical channels.
- Create strong design outputs for web, packaging, print, and integrated online/offline campaigns, taking ideas from concept through final execution.
- Build, maintain, and apply design systems and brand guidelines in Figma so internal teams can work efficiently and stay aligned with the brand.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective brand experiences.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 to 6+ years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand design, supported by a strong portfolio spanning web design, branding, packaging, campaigns, and print collateral.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects is a plus, along with excellent Figma skills.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems and brand guidelines, plus solid web design experience for landing pages, campaign pages, and responsive digital experiences.
- Packaging and print production expertise, including prepress and artwork preparation, together with a deep understanding of printing processes, materials, finishes, and prepress requirements.
- Proven ability to develop creative assets for integrated campaigns spanning online and offline channels.
- Excellent sense for hierarchy, typography, and layout, with the ability to translate marketing and business objectives into strong visual concepts and executions.
- Strategic brand thinking, creative problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a clear focus on quality, combined with strong ownership and very good organization and time-management skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving environment, independently managing projects from concept to delivery, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in both German and English at C1 level is required.
