Position Overview
This role, based in the United States and offered remotely, invites a seasoned professional to lead and refine a comprehensive global communication framework. This includes efforts spanning brand identity, product marketing, editorial outputs, website messaging, and social media channels. The successful candidate will design communication strategies to enhance market presence, elevate customer interaction, and drive business expansion.
This position requires a blend of strategic insight, creative application, operational responsibility, and collaboration across multiple departments. The manager will produce top-tier content, ensure aligned messaging throughout, and simplify complex product information into persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership and enhance the multi-channel content and communications strategy encompassing product marketing, branding, editorial content, website text, social platforms, case studies, newsletters, and presentations aimed at customers.
- Plan content schedules, set priorities, manage communications calendars, and assure that execution aligns with company goals.
- Develop, edit, and refine high-standard communication assets while preserving brand consistency and editorial integrity.
- Assist product marketing by converting technical product details into accessible, engaging narratives that support commercial objectives.
- Work collaboratively with product teams, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and external agencies to maintain unified communication across all channels.
- Oversee website content quality by reviewing messaging, refreshing material, aiding landing page enhancements, and ensuring messages support conversions.
- Supervise public relations communications by vetting materials, aligning key messages, supporting publication objectives, and upholding quality standards.
- Coordinate social media communications ensuring content consistency and messaging alignment across platforms.
- Partner with SEO teams to apply content optimization best practices without sacrificing editorial quality or authenticity.
- Investigate industry trends, competitor communications, new formats, AI-driven workflows, and innovative storytelling to continually advance communication approaches.
- Implement organized content operations through tracking systems, reports, workflows, and cross-team coordination.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Demonstrated background in content management, communications, product marketing, or related strategic communication functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the iGaming sector, including products, ecosystem components, and market trends.
- Familiarity with iGaming concepts such as Turnkey solutions, White Label, Casino, Sportsbook, Player Account Management (PAM), and platform layouts.
- Strong grasp of B2B communication, product positioning, and storytelling aimed at commercial growth.
- Exceptional English writing, editing, proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to produce quality content across diverse formats and communication channels.
- Capability to juggle multiple communication projects and priorities autonomously.
- Excellent research skills to recognize market trends and translate them into effective communication tactics.
- Awareness of content performance indicators, social media metrics, and communication efficacy measurements.
- Responsible use of AI-powered content tools ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and rigorous fact-checking.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive, resourceful, strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving setting with ownership of projects.
- Experience with publishing original articles, media contributions, or thought leadership content is advantageous.
