Senior Consultant Tax - International Management Incentives with Transaction Focus

Key Responsibilities

• Advise international clients on management and employee equity participation schemes.
• Assist in the tax structuring and review of management equity and incentive plans, primarily within transaction contexts.
• Support the implementation and ongoing management of participation programs across international settings, including global roll-out and administration in all pertinent countries.
• Conduct due diligence on existing participation and incentive plans and provide consulting on related process optimizations during transactions.
• Provide advice on accounting impacts (including IFRS, Local GAAP, and tax accounting), factoring in internal corporate structures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in economics or business studies, preferably with a focus on taxation.
• Initial professional experience in a consulting firm or a related role within transaction environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in German and English at least at C1 level, essential for functioning in international and interdisciplinary teams.
