Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst in KYC will be responsible for managing Know Your Customer (KYC) operations for a major Investment Bank, independently handling multiple client points of contact and establishing oneself as a trusted partner. The role demands ownership of process documentation upkeep, driving process improvements, assisting in swift issue remediation, and developing controls to avoid escalations. Collaborative teamwork to meet deadlines with high quality and service standards is essential, alongside proactive engagement beyond core responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBM or Master’s in M.Com/MBA/PGDM.
• 2 to 4 years' experience in KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Due Diligence.
• Basic understanding of finance, trade lifecycle, investment banking, and derivatives.
• Strong analytical, logical, and quantitative reasoning abilities.
• Capability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly assess and act decisively in critical situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
• Continuous learning mindset to upgrade skills and align with evolving business needs.

Eligibility

Applicants holding a BBA, BMS, B.Com in any specialization, or any graduate degree are eligible to apply.
