• Review and guide work performed by junior staff, ensuring quality and providing mentorship.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Demonstrated experience within an Irish accountancy practice environment.
• Proven track record in preparing statutory financial statements.
• Capable of independently managing a client portfolio.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
