Job Overview

Paradise View Resort in Meerut is seeking a part-time Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with business growth activities. The position requires working on-site during day shifts and welcomes fresh graduates, particularly female candidates, with basic English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support business development and marketing efforts
Organize and manage meetings and schedules
Write emails, letters, and other business communications
Handle billing processes and promotional campaigns
Maintain office records and manage contacts systematically
Take dictation and record meeting minutes accurately
Assist in following up with clients and collecting payments
Help prepare menus and support promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in secretarial and administrative tasks
Office management capabilities
Effective business correspondence writing
Scheduling and coordinating meetings with follow-ups
Email and letter composition skills
Strong client communication and contact management
Ability to organize files and records efficiently

Salary and Benefits

Fixed monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000
Additional incentives up to ₹5,000 per month
Total compensation between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000 monthly
Flexible working hours available
No fees charged to applicants

Location: Mawana Road, Radha Garden, Ganga Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh
Walk-in interviews scheduled from July 21 to August 5, 2025, between 2 PM and 6 PM
