About the role
This opportunity is for a seasoned Scrum Master to steer Agile delivery across large-scale initiatives in data, cloud, and digital transformation. The role focuses on guiding teams, enabling smooth ceremonies, eliminating delivery roadblocks, and working closely with stakeholders to drive strong project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Run Agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Lead core Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support teams in building stronger Agile practices and improving delivery performance.
- Monitor Agile indicators including velocity, predictability, and overall sprint execution.
- Clear blockers and coordinate dependencies between multiple cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to keep delivery aligned.
- Promote continuous improvement and help create a high-performing Agile environment.
- Maintain clear visibility through reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Required experience and skills
- 8 to 12+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery roles.
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise data, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed Agile teams.
- Solid working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe Agile, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile reporting, metrics, and governance practices.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, Databricks, and Power BI is an advantage.
- Awareness of Data Governance and DAMA principles is beneficial.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement, coaching, facilitation, and communication.
Preferred certifications
- Certified Scrum Master certification, such as PSM or CSM, is mandatory.
- SAFe certification is preferred.
- AWS or Azure cloud certifications are desirable.
- PRINCE2 or AgilePM certification is a nice-to-have.
