Salesforce Business Analyst – German Speaking

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to contribute to a long-term Salesforce transformation project based in Germany. This remote B2B contract role involves acting as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze both business and system requirements.
• Convert complex business demands into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Map existing and prospective business processes to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create detailed project documentation including process flows and system diagrams.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate comprehensive requirements-gathering sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Consultants, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to support configuration, automation, and design of Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee and refine requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct manual system testing, functional testing, and ensure quality assurance standards.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Develop end-user training materials and conduct training sessions.
• Engage actively in Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Use Jira or similar project-tracking tools to manage requirements and monitor delivery progress.
• Guide and mentor junior team members while contributing to wider team efforts.
• Explore and identify potential applications of Generative AI to optimize business and technical workflows.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Proven track record delivering Salesforce projects through complete lifecycle stages.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, features, workflows, and automation techniques.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation creation including user stories and process flows.
• Practical experience with Salesforce data management, transformations, and updates.
• Hands-on involvement with manual testing, UAT, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and active participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.
• Experienced in presenting solutions and conducting user training sessions.
• Proficiency in Jira or equivalent project management software.
• Fluent German and English language skills with minimum B2 proficiency levels.
• Must reside in Germany and be eligible to operate under a B2B contract.

• Additional relevant Salesforce certifications

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automotive Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agentforce platform.
• Background in automotive industry projects.
