Role Overview
This full-time Sales Representative position is stationed onsite in Doha, Qatar. The main function is to actively market and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers including hospitals and pharmacies. Key responsibilities involve engaging with clients through visits, sharing detailed product knowledge, addressing customer questions, and following up to guarantee client satisfaction. The role also includes scouting for new sales opportunities, hitting sales targets, tracking market and competitor developments, and collaborating internally for order coordination and customer assistance. Accurate documentation of sales efforts and reporting to management are also critical.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales and negotiation talents focused on establishing and managing accounts within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities enabling clear communication of complex medical and product details to varied healthcare professionals.
- Competence in essential business software including CRM platforms, MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email for communication and reporting purposes.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities to effectively plan territory coverage, client meetings, and meet sales objectives.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, Qatar’s healthcare system, and local regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field along with prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with the ability to work autonomously and within teams in a dynamic, customer-centric setting.
- Possession of a valid Qatar driving license and readiness to travel within designated areas for client engagements.
