Job Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage sales efforts for our high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed with product details, sales strategies, and competitive market dynamics to meet sales targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and the sales process.
- Take full ownership of assigned leads and diligently follow up to ensure successful closures.
- Organize and manage a sales calendar detailing all planned events and sales activities each month.
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities including pricing, promotional offers, and special features related to projects.
- Stay updated on all company activities and ensure communication links with customers are actively maintained.
- Collaborate closely with CRM and Marketing teams to obtain relevant customer feedback and insights.
- Consistently achieve sales targets set in coordination with supervisors.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in the sale of high-end residential real estate projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
