About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager specializing in direct sales who will drive client acquisition, execute field sales strategies, and generate revenue in a dynamic real estate setting. This role demands a proactive field presence and expertise in managing client relationships to successfully close deals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Source new sales leads via on-ground activities, client referrals, and direct interactions
- Organize and conduct property site visits and tailored client presentations
- Manage the entire sales process from initial lead to closing the deal
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Develop and nurture contacts with clients in banking, finance, insurance, and real estate sectors
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal departments to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Effectively follow up on client communications, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain comprehensive daily reports of field activities and update the CRM system regularly
- Evaluate client needs to recommend appropriate property choices
- Deliver superior customer service and sustain engagement after client visits
Performance Measurement
- Achievement of set monthly revenue and sales targets
- Conversion rate from leads to finalized sales
- Quantity of site visits performed
- Efficiency in client follow-ups
