Sales Manager / Business Development (Hunter) - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to lead business development efforts remotely for RMSI in Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on expanding revenue and increasing market presence within the geospatial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies to uncover and capture new business opportunities by utilizing industry connections and a broad network in the Saudi market.
• Drive the sales cycle proactively, focusing on generating and closing leads independently with a hunter approach.
• Develop the market by recognizing untapped opportunities and positioning RMSI as a leader in geospatial solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating closely with both local and India-based sales and business teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, and demos; travel across the Middle East as required.
• Represent RMSI at industry events and conferences to boost brand awareness and collect valuable market insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
• Bring 6 to 10 years of experience in sales or business development specifically within GIS or related fields.
• Demonstrate a successful track record in the Saudi market with strong negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages, coupled with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
