Job Overview
You will be responsible for generating business leads and managing sales for international courier and export shipment services, involving visits to both corporate and retail clients to promote our offerings. The role requires sharing quotations, negotiating pricing, closing sales deals, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers. Meeting monthly sales goals and submitting performance reports are crucial. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams ensures smooth service delivery. You'll identify new market opportunities and devise marketing strategies, while actively participating in promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads for international courier and export shipment services.
- Conduct face-to-face visits with corporate and retail customers to showcase company services.
- Provide quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to nurture potential and existing client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and diligently report performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities through strategic marketing.
- Engage in promotional events, digital marketing initiatives, and brand-building activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing or field sales roles.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent negotiation and client management capabilities.
- Familiarity with international logistics and courier services is preferred.
- B.Com degree holders are preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to undertake field travel as part of job responsibilities.
- Possession of own vehicle is an added benefit.
