About the Role
SBNCo is seeking motivated Work From Home Performance Sales Executives to join our financial services sales team. This commission-only position involves remote work focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and successfully closing sales by following structured company training and protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads using various online platforms
- Engage prospects through phone calls to inform them about offerings
- Clearly articulate product features and associated benefits
- Close sales in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
- Maintain daily records of lead generation and conversion activities
- Adhere to company-defined sales scripts and processes
Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of online platforms
- Enthusiasm towards sales, marketing, and customer interaction
- Effective communication skills in Hindi and English
- Access to a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet connectivity
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and work independently
- Fresh graduates with a confident attitude and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply
Compensation and Work Conditions
- This is an incentive-based sales opportunity with earnings tied directly to performance
- Potential average income is approximately ₹30,000 or more per month
- There is no upper limit on earnings, which depend on sales success
- Payments are disbursed on a weekly basis
