Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to become a vital member of our team. This role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving repeat sales through dedicated follow-ups and client engagement. The candidate will use various communication channels such as calls, WhatsApp, and market research to identify and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads by cold calling, telecalling, WhatsApp outreach, and researching the market.
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Convert potential leads into customers by consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Discover opportunities for product cross-selling and upselling.
- Respond to customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution.
- Follow up persistently on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Keep precise CRM records for every customer interaction.
- Efficiently monitor leads, interactions, and sales-related activities.
- Collect and analyze market and competitor data to assist business growth.
- Meet monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Have between 6 to 12 months of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, or business development roles.
- Experience in B2B sales or product selling is advantageous.
- Exemplary communication and client engagement skills.
- Proficient in Hindi with basic English comprehension.
- Strong telecalling and persistent follow-up capabilities.
- Confident in customer interactions via calls and WhatsApp messaging.
- Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with MS Excel and CRM software.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and disciplined in managing records and follow-ups.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000.
