About the Role
The Sales Executive position at Muthoot Finance involves extensive local travel within Coimbatore to engage potential customers for gold-backed loan products. This field-based role demands proactive outreach and client relationship building to support the financial needs of local communities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct direct visits and door-to-door campaigns in local markets to identify and attract new prospective clients.
- Clearly explain gold loan features, including interest rates, safety protocols, and terms to ensure customer understanding.
- Assist potential clients by collecting completed application forms, KYC documents, and facilitate the gold appraisal process as part of loan coordination.
- Achieve or surpass designated monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Develop ongoing relationships with clients and community members to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates of daily field activities using the company CRM system.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle is necessary for effective local travel.
- Basic understanding of loan products, particularly gold-backed financial services, is expected.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers in the community.
