About Cresco Industrial Products Pvt Ltd

Representing leading brands, the company caters to a broad client base including dealers, contractors, retailers, builders, and industrial customers. They are currently focused on expanding their retail reach and enhancing their channel network throughout Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by engaging with HVAC contractors, builders, and project site clients.
- Meet or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain client relationships through meetings.
- Identify and onboard new potential customers and dealers.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure punctual delivery of products.
- Monitor payment collections and ensure receivables are cleared within agreed credit terms.
Required Skills and Experience
- Three to five years of sales experience in HVAC, electrical, or building materials sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in field sales focused on HVAC contractors and consultants.
- Basic knowledge of products such as insulation materials, valves, BTU and flow meters, and copper components.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Performance Indicators
- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Successful acquisition of new dealers or clients.
- Effective collection and management of payments within the stipulated credit period.
