Role Overview
The Sales Engineer role, based onsite in Singapore, reports to the Manager Solution Consulting and plays a pivotal role as the technical partner in driving enterprise customer digital transformation. Responsibilities include owning the technical sales lifecycle and delivering expert guidance to address intricate business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical leadership to guide enterprise clients in enhancing their digital experience.
- Manage complete ownership of the technical sales process and related activities.
- Identify and qualify technical sales opportunities while cultivating trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions to ensure successful solution deployments.

Minimum Qualifications
- Basic understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience in leveraging or securing AI-driven solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.
- At least 5 years in presales roles, including minimum 3 years focusing on security solutions and technologies.
- Practical experience with router/switch installation and administration.
- In-depth technical knowledge of network security concepts and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing AI-powered diagnostic or predictive tools to support complex proof-of-concept setups and assess enterprise security postures.
- Technical skills involving GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML integrations.
- Understanding of HTTP/web security infrastructures such as proxies, caches, and firewalls.
