Musco Lighting is seeking a Sales Coordinator for their expanding office in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will play a key role in collaborating with Sales and distribution teams to fulfill customer requirements and streamline the sales process effectively.

Qualifications

  • Track and maintain quality of project information systems ensuring accurate communication and sales/shipment forecasts
  • Act as primary liaison for Field Sales regarding company policies and procedural guidance
  • Identify and resolve challenges impacting achievement of objectives promptly
  • Build and sustain strong communication with stakeholders including contractors, specifiers, engineers, vendors, internal sales teams, and clients
  • Support the development and execution of customer and project-related policies and procedures
  • Review customer feedback with managers to enhance sales processes
  • Assist with billing and credit operations as needed
