Sales Associate

Position Overview

The Sales Associate at Spencer's is tasked with upholding excellent Guest Services following company guidelines. This role supports the Store Management Team by engaging in sales activities, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, signage, pricing, managing POS systems, and preventing loss, all in compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between 17.60 and 17.85 CAD, based on individual qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include contest prize awards, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and a 30% discount on merchandise. Eligibility for bonuses, awards, and benefits depends on meeting specific qualifications.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands

• Minimum age of 17 years to apply
• Physical tasks include ladder climbing, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours
